By participating in the VYTAL8 Partner Program, I acknowledge that:

1. I have received and reviewed the VYTAL8 Partner Marketing Guidelines.
2. I understand that VYTAL8 products must be promoted consistently with VYTAL8's approved research-use positioning.
3. I am responsible for statements, representations, content, advice, and claims that I independently create or communicate.
4. Statements or claims outside VYTAL8-approved materials, instructions, or marketing guidance are not authorized by VYTAL8 and are not made on VYTAL8's behalf.
5. I will not knowingly make unauthorized medical, disease-treatment, dosing, protocol, or guaranteed-outcome claims while promoting VYTAL8.
6. I will reasonably cooperate with VYTAL8 if content needs to be corrected or removed.
7. I understand that serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or termination from the VYTAL8 Partner Program in accordance with the Partner Program Terms.
